Global pharmaceutical company Perrigo set out to launch an educational campaign aimed at pharmacy professionals that highlights the integral link between sleep and stress while empowering staff to confidently discuss these health issues with customers and recommend suitable solutions. The initiative focuses on the “24-hour Sleep Stress Cycle," detailing daily environmental factors that affect the sleep and stress levels of more than 20 million UK adults. 
To position Perrigo as a knowledgeable and credible leader in this space, a comprehensive training programme was developed. It addressed key physical and mental health issues, explored the sleep–stress cycle, highlighted symptoms, and provided practical guidance along with conversation starters. Perrigo recommended solutions were integrated throughout the 24-hour cycle as part of the programme.
The “Unravelling Sleep & Stress” story is brought to life through a woven line language that visually captures the feeling of being tied up by the impact of poor sleep and stress. Crafted iconography, illustrative infographics, and compelling, call-to-action messaging come together to form an engaging, informative campaign that encourages audiences to wake-up to the problem.
